Achilles – PHP, Laravel, Vue.js

An open-source Laravel package (MIT) that generates a complete CRUD interface for an Eloquent model from a single controller trait plus publishable Blade views. It needs no code generators and no SPA layer.

• Designed and built the package: index listing and create/show/edit forms with validation and soft-delete support, themeable for Bootstrap or Tailwind.
• Maintained compatibility with every Laravel version since 5.5, updating it as new versions are released (current: Laravel 11–13 on PHP 8.2+).
• Set up a PHPUnit test suite (Orchestra Testbench) running in GitHub Actions CI across PHP 8.2–8.4 and Laravel 11–13.
• Published releases on Packagist.

In-house web platforms for a national public-sector organization with regional units across the country.

• Owned the design, development, deployment, and long-term maintenance of web applications for institutional data management and operational workflows.
• Performed requirements analysis, implemented business logic, designed databases, and managed Linux and Docker-based deployment and server operations.
• Architected and built a Laravel platform that consolidated approximately 10 independent business applications—including asset registries, HR and staffing, professional registries, directories, and public-data publishing—into one shared system.
• Migrated existing, in-use applications one domain at a time, enabling staff to continue working without interruption during the transition.
• Built an end-to-end recruitment and selection system for fixed-term staff, including a citizen-facing application portal built with Vue 3 and Inertia, government single sign-on via OAuth2, and a Laravel/Vue back-office engine for validation, scoring, ranking, and position assignment.
• Managed deployment and operations on Linux and Docker, including internal staff authentication through LDAP.
• Built a financial data-management web application used across more than 100 prefectures and regional units.

A B2B sales-outreach SaaS that lets teams and agencies run personalized, multi-step email campaigns from their own connected mailboxes, with scheduling and deliverability tooling, lead generation tools, and a public API with webhooks.

• Built the platform from the ground up as the sole developer, then led a small team as technical lead for nearly nine years, owning architecture, database design, backend and frontend development, DevOps, and production operations.
• Designed a multi-tenant, agency white-label architecture supporting direct team accounts and agencies with custom domains, automatic SSL, branding, managed clients and users, and Stripe subscription billing for both models within one codebase.
• Built a campaign automation engine using Laravel Horizon and Redis to deliver personalized multi-step email sequences based on customer schedules, daily limits, A/B-tested templates, randomized sending intervals, and reply and bounce handling.
• Implemented Kubernetes worker autoscaling and failure handling to support reliable execution of automation workloads.
• Built and maintained a documented public REST API with tenant-scoped authentication and rate limits, along with outgoing webhooks for customer integrations.
• Integrated Stripe, Zapier, Nylas, LLM APIs, and other external services into the platform.
• Built an in-house contact-discovery and email-verification engine with a self-hosted SMTP verification layer, replacing costly third-party data APIs.
• Owned production operations by containerizing the application, migrating it from DigitalOcean to Kubernetes on Google Cloud, and implementing zero-downtime Cloud Build deployments to staging and production.

Websites, blogs, and WooCommerce catalogs for small businesses and individuals, delivered part-time, including ongoing maintenance for long-term clients.

• Delivered small-business websites and web features end-to-end, working directly with clients.
• Customized WordPress themes and plugins using PHP and implemented front-end adjustments with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Built a WordPress auto-news blog and migrated the author’s existing content from an earlier blog.
