A partnership project between the company and Sellersfi to provide lending solutions to sellers who have a business and need working capital solutions.

• Acted as the QA focal point for Sellersfi during the refinement and project understanding phases;
• Attended weekly meetings of the company to address opportunities, issues, and blockers;
• Defined testing strategies, created and reviewed test suites for each requirement (user story);
• Oversaw the execution of testing activities across all involved teams, including both manual testing and automated test suites;
• Was the primary person responsible for the homologation phase and acceptance tests;
• Generated test reports and shared them with both internal and external stakeholders.

Financial solutions for marketplace sellers like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. The company offers revenue advances, working capital, and credit cards.

• Successfully built and developed automation scripts from scratch using Cypress to test new features more efficiently;
• Introduced new and modern test practices and approaches to make better releases and set a testing culture;
• Managed and performed scenario creation and test case execution for new transactional products, payments, and services;
• Drove adopting agile practices in the teams’ routines, such as planning, reviewing, and retrospective meetings, defining DOD and DOR, and bringing Shift Left Testing concepts into the company.

A robust Learning Management System platform designed to manage, deliver, and track employee training and development. It supports personalized learning experiences and compliance tracking and integrates seamlessly with other SAP solutions to optimize workforce capabilities. The platform was used by big clients such as Disney, Lockheed, Pfizer, Veterans Affairs, etc.

• Designed and implemented quality processes to enhance visibility and transparency within the support team, focusing on documentation, testing, continuous improvements, and pipeline definition;
• Actively worked on creating and maintaining test scripts using Java and Selenium for the LMS web platform to ensure test coverage, smooth execution, and quick feedback.
• Introduced and led the adoption of the Scrum framework on run phase teams to change the reactive mindset and provide continuous process improvements.
• Created and monitored inconsistency and bug reports, working with the team to resolve issues.
• Helped the support team maintain and improve the customer experience by adopting high-quality standards for the products developed.

The project focuses on optimizing financial charge processes by automating the workflows, enhancing communication channels, and providing actionable insights through advanced analytics, ensuring efficient and customer-centric debt management.
