An Android and iOS mobile app for investing in the US stock markets. Its mission is to empower LATAM to create a better financial future. The second product is an investment account with a Broker Dealer. To open an investment account, users must provide personal and financial information and upload photos to verify their identity. The big challenge was to reduce the friction generated by the many questions required.

• Managed tasks for a team of 3-5 people
• Developed a dynamic form with several screens and input types to gather the required information for the account opening
• Collaborated with business experts to write the technical documentation to get a Financial license from the Mexican government required to operate in Mexico
• Improved the completion rate of investment account opening of the clients from 20% to 40% by implementing A/B tests.
• Built a back-office application using internal APIs and retooling. This reduced the resolution of customer success tickets from a couple of days to a couple of minutes
• Reduced the customer success tickets by 80%, restructuring the opening account flow to provide instant feedback to clients when something was wrong
• Built a data pipeline using Fivetran, Redshift, and Metabase to build analytics dashboards to track KPIs. This helped him and his stakeholders to make decisions based on data

• Developed the mobile app from scratch and launch it on the Play store and App store. It has over 100,000 downloads
• Defined the frontend architecture to integrate a Vue application inside capacitor.js and access native functionalities
• Developed an internal system to send emails and push notifications to internal cohorts
• Developed a back-end service to integrate multiple payment providers
• Developed a service to handle one-off and multiple recurrent payments to settle the user's debt
• Developed a service to allow individual users to opt-in to the platform and a process for companies to approve each user. This allowed the onboarding of over 10,000 new users
