An asset recovery company that helps governmental and private institutions recover stolen cryptocurrency assets, hold them in custody, and aid with the investigation process.

• Created a secure SSO solution that helps integrate more than five micro front ends;
• Refactored thousands of lines of code debt that was due, including changing over 30 API requests from Redux to React Query;
• Helped build three front-end apps with heavy data visualization, real-time updates, access to hot wallets, and more.

An open source application that helps Romanian citizens submit reports to the local authorities when they notice bad infrastructure, illegally parked cars, less than optimal bus routes, and more. The app became viral for a couple of days on Reddit Romania after an uptick of people being involved in reporting cars parked on sidewalks to the police.

• Implemented functionality that determines which authorities need to be contacted by: type of report & GPS coordinates;
• Worked with the OpenStreetMaps Nominatim API to create readable indications for the authorities to find the location of the report;
• Used the Expo email SDK to make the app cross-compatible with every email client the user may have installed;
• Created the user interface from scratch using custom and UI Kitten components.

The platform helps students connect with their mentors, keep track of their progress, and help with information retention. On the company side, customer success can keep track of students' happiness, mentors' reliability, feedback, and much more to ensure a smooth experience for all. Automated payments from students to mentors using some of the biggest payment providers.

• Created an online learning platform with 400+ paid users from scratch (Node.JS & React);
• Managed an agile team of 6 developers, testers, and UX designers;
• Minimized the number of time-consuming ops tasks through automation;
• Decreased average onboarding time to 24h from 7 days by identifying bottlenecks in the sales and operations departments and implementing solutions on the platform;
• Utilized: JavaScript, SASS, React, NodeJS, Express, NX, Jitsi.

An ed-tech startup that helps high school students study more efficiently for the BAC exam. The web app learned the user's study habits and weak points in their knowledge to provide a personalized math learning experience.

• Founded Prepi along with 2 friends;
• Grew the platform to 9000+ free users at its peak, becoming the top choice for Romanian students at the time;
• Implemented a custom design provided by an external agency from Figma to pure CSS;
• Created a custom templating system and two WYSIWYG editors for our math content teams;
