• Architected and operated production blockchain infrastructure for solver workloads, including self-hosted RPC nodes on bare-metal servers, blockchain indexers, observability, and deployment automation.

• Developed the infrastructure-as-code framework for a crypto exchange processing $1B+ in daily volume, adopted by 10 teams and 150 engineers, enabling faster infrastructure development and provisioning.
• Led migration from Amazon EC2 to Amazon ECS and designed the multi-AWS-account setup with tightly scoped IAM roles, so teams deployed and managed their own workloads without SysOps intervention.
• Migrated microservices to the new platform without downtime, improving deployment speed by 2x, and introduced per-PR preview environments that spin up full infrastructure, run the integration test suite, and tear down afterwards.
• Implemented an event-driven architecture on Kafka; automated Kafka ACL deployment, reducing manual intervention by 90% and configuration errors by 95%.
