Head of Design
A golf-learning platform that connects golfers and coaches on iOS and the web. Golfers follow structured lessons, drills, practice tools, and swing analysis, and coaches manage their services, review swings, and publish their own websites. The product kept expanding into new platforms and audiences, so it needed a single design foundation that could scale. As the only designer, Andrei owned product direction, UX/UI, information architecture and a design system covering four products: one set of foundations, separate mobile and web component libraries, and semantic tokens that switch between products and light/dark themes. He shipped the golfer app to the App Store, and the free version had passed 5,000 downloads before it did.

- Designed four surfaces as the only designer on the product: a golfer app, a coach app, a content library and a coach website template.
- Built the design system under them, with one set of foundations, separate mobile and web component libraries, and semantic tokens that switch products as modes.
- Tied text styles to iOS Dynamic Type and carried code references on tokens and styles for developers.
- Rebuilt the component library while the product was shipping, keeping the old system available to the live app until every component had been reconstructed on the new one.
- Turned coach website creation into a content configuration flow inside the coach app, assembled from the coach's own profile and services.
- Designed one interface for iOS and Android so the Android team built from the same screens.
- Shipped the golfer app to the App Store. The free version that preceded it passed 5,000 downloads.
Product Designer
An operational data visualization platform that helps contact center managers track performance through visual “tiles” that combine icons, colors and KPIs. Each tile used to be hand-illustrated and needed custom development to connect data, so every new client took more than a month to onboard. Andrei redesigned the visual system into a structured set of parameters and moved tile creation and data setup into the product itself, so users could build their own visualizations without designers or developers. This cut new-client implementation time from more than a month to one week, and the platform grew into a web app for supervisors, a desktop app for agents and an admin configuration tool.

- Reduced implementation time for a new client from more than a month to a week.
- Redesigned the tile visual system around a fixed structure of ring, segments, corners and center, each parameter with a defined range.
- Moved tile creation from Adobe Illustrator into the product, as an editor organized by the sections of the tile itself.
- Designed the data configuration flow, covering source connection, field and key mapping, calculations and comparisons.
- Designed the agent desktop experience, with real-time performance data in the same tile structure.
UX/UI Product Designer
A cloud-based contact center platform that companies use to run customer service. It covers monitoring, campaigns, routing, IVR, scripting, reporting, and customer conversations across voice, chat, email, and SMS. After years of growth, the interface had become inconsistent across its many modules. Andrei redesigned the core interface and standardized patterns across modules while keeping familiar interactions so existing users could continue without relearning the platform.

- Redesigned the core interface of the company’s main contact center platform.
- Rebuilt the main views, covering tables, filters and empty, loading and error states.
- Standardized patterns across modules so screens were built from the same structures.
- Redesigned detail and configuration screens without let the current
- Preserved familiar interaction patterns to ensure existing users could continue working without disruption or having to relearn the platform.
Product Designer
A virtual booth for the telecom industry’s annual trade show, hosted on an event platform that gave every exhibitor the same standard container. The brief was only product images, but Andrei found a way past the platform’s limits: he injected custom HTML/CSS through its rich text field and loaded JavaScript through an iframe. He designed the booth in Adobe XD and built it himself. It was the only booth at the show with live voice interaction, and it won Best in Show from an independent industry jury.

- Designed and built a virtual trade show booth end to end, from concept to front-end code.
- Overrode the event platform's defaults by targeting its own CSS classes, reaching areas the standard interface did not expose.
- Loaded external JavaScript through an iframe to run an interaction the platform's text field blocked.
- Built live voice interaction into the booth, the only one at the fair that had it.
- Won Best in Show, judged by an independent industry jury.
