Automation and analytics platform for commercial vehicle fleet insurance. The platform handles policy issuance, endorsements and cancellations end-to-end, with automated document generation and analytics built around a single source of truth for policy data.

• Architected an automated PDF policy package generation system that dynamically selects applicable insurance forms based on policy data and insurance date, reducing document turnaround time and removing a key source of compliance risk in policy issuance.
• Reduced operational risk and manual overhead by automating the policy cancellation registration pipeline, replacing error-prone manual entry with a reliable process integrated directly into the core system.
• Led an infrastructure migration, moving three dependent services off the legacy system onto the new service - consolidating the data around a single source of truth, cutting technical debt, and unblocking future feature development that depended on stale or duplicated data.
• Streamlined endorsement processing end-to-end by building automated PDF generation for endorsements and extending the endorsements UI with contribution-tracking states, giving the team real-time visibility into policy changes and strengthening audit readiness.
• Improved incident response time by implementing real-time alert notifications in the related services for critical incidents, enabling the team to detect and react to production issues faster.

A comprehensive online learning platform that enables users to create, manage, and share interactive courses, quizzes, and assessments for personal or professional development.

• Led the development of the platform's backend via Django and PostgreSQL, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance;
• Developed API services for internal usage with FastAPI;
• Configured infrastructure with Terraform to simplify the management of several environments;
• Designed and developed the quiz and assessment engine, ensuring accurate scoring, grading, and feedback;
• Integrated Stripe and Auth0 to handle payment processing and user authentication and authorizations;

• Implemented new API endpoints with FastAPI to support new features;
• Implemented email notifications feature using AWS Lambdas that interact with SES and SQS services;
