As part of the first batch of hires for the start-up, Arnau joined a team of eight as a Lead Software Engineer to help build stock market and cryptocurrency tools for automated live trading, backtesting, and optimization. He helped the company to professionalize their tools from prototypes into production-ready products with languages like Golang, Python, and TypeScript deployed on AWS with IAC through Terraform. After three short months, he was promoted to Chief Technology Officer, through which he continued to help the company translate business needs into technical requirements and set the foundations required for the company to grow.
