The frontend is a large multi-squad codebase with a shared design system serving several products, including an AI chat product for stock analysis and investment insights.

• Owned the frontend architecture of web and mobile products across all squads, covering stack and framework decisions, rendering strategy, the shared component library, and code quality and review standards.
• Introduced a server-side rendering framework that cut latency by 20% and improved Core Web Vitals on the highest-traffic pages.
• Led a major refactor of the Android app that improved performance by 30%; the apps now hold a 4.4 rating on Google Play and 4.8 on the App Store.
• Owned end-to-end mobile releases on the App Store and Google Play, including submissions, store reviewer communication, code signing, release pipelines, and rollback procedures.
• Helped launch an AI chat product for stock analysis, owning engineering delivery and defining the technical direction from zero to release across product, data, and backend teams.

A back-office platform for real estate agents that centralizes lead management, client communication, and payments. The system has a large amount of complex business logic and workflows, with Stripe-based subscriptions and payments at the core of monetization.

• Delivered key features end-to-end across the frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) of a complex back-office system.
• Redesigned the Stripe payment flow together with product managers, improving conversion and payment UX.
• Handled payment edge cases hands-on, including failed payments, retries, subscription state changes, and webhook processing.

During this period, the frontend was rebuilt from a legacy Rails-rendered UI into a modern React / Node.js SSR architecture, with the homepage and main content pages, the highest-traffic parts of the product, as the primary focus.
