• Built an internal MCP gateway on a fork of IBM ContextForge with a team of 5, gating access behind SSO and replacing the third-party Mint MCP server — eliminating vendor costs and per-seat limits;
• Built agent-based pipelines triggered by Datadog alerts during on-call and iterated on how each is handled, cutting alert volume from ~10/day to 2–5 and triage from a week to 2–3 days;
• Built and deployed 5+ new data feeds for Python ETL pipelines on AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB, normalizing third-party API payloads into a standard internal schema;
