The project involved collaborating with multiple teams responsible for KYC processes, banking services, and authentication systems.

• Delivered multiple projects lasting over 6 months;
• Decommissioned several legacy applications;

The project aimed to enhance the ability of customer service operators to efficiently verify the identity of callers, ensuring that clients are accurately authenticated.

• Implemented a new solution that saved customer service operators several minutes per client call, resulting in significant long-term time savings;
• Decommissioned legacy systems rendered obsolete by the new project;
• Led the project from start to finish, including architecting the solution, presenting it to the team, and overseeing its execution (development, testing, code reviews) through to launch;
• Mentored a junior developer working on the project, who later transferred to another team with excellent feedback.

The project aimed to migrate the section of the platform, including several pages related to client profiles and portfolio overviews, to a new look and feel designed by the UX team.

• Participated in developing, testing, and releasing the new design of the pages;
• Coached offshore colleagues in implementation.

The project aimed to enhance data collection and storage during sensitive client operations, such as payments. Equally vital was the objective of restricting the number of mobile devices for client logins to mitigate fraud risks. This initiative was pivotal for the IT Security team.

• Since the project's deployment, very few bugs have been discovered, attributed to the solid foundation established during the architecture phase.

The project involved migrating a crucial page responsible for 2nd-factor authentication to our new stack, utilizing React and Redux. Previously, this page relied on an in-house JavaScript framework, which posed significant challenges in terms of maintenance and onboarding new developers.

• Migrated the application to React and Redux;
• Rewrote sections to enhance structure and maintainability;
• Decommissioned an older application previously used for certain legacy workflows.

The project involved collaborating with a healthcare client company and contributing to the development of applications as part of their migration process to SAP.

• Developed backend architecture using Java, Spring Boot, and SOAP web services;
• Reacted promptly to and resolved platform outages;
• Contributed to front-end development using React;
• Established an Azure DevOps pipeline to automate the deployment of a C# application;
• Configured WebSphere Application Server to meet application requirements;
• Prototyped a mobile app using React-Native, leveraging code from the frontend React app;
• Substituted for the team lead in status meetings with high-level management.
