Stefan – Vue.js, Laravel, PHP

A point-of-sale system for restaurants and bars that need to keep serving and billing when the venue’s internet goes down. Waiter tablets sync through a local hub, so orders, kitchen tickets, cash handling and invoicing keep working offline and catch up once the connection is back. It meets Spanish tax-invoicing rules (Veri*Factu records and Canary Islands IGIC tax) and includes card payments, cash-desk closing and reporting. The system is in a pilot at its first venue.

• Designed and built the offline-first POS end-to-end (data model, local sync hub, React Native waiter app, Supabase backend), so the pilot venue keeps taking orders, printing kitchen tickets and issuing invoices during internet outages.
• Implemented the Veri*Factu invoice record (SHA-256 hash chain, AEAT QR code, automatic submission to the tax agency) and validated it in AEAT’s pre-production environment. Added IGIC tax support for the Canary Islands.
• Integrated network ESC/POS kitchen printing, SumUp card payments, cash-desk closing and sales reporting.
• Wrote 1,585 automated tests to keep releases safe for a live venue.
• Set up Telegram alerts for silent terminals and rejected invoices.

An AI assistant on WhatsApp for hotel staff who coordinate rooms and maintenance across reception, housekeeping and maintenance teams. Staff update room status and report or track maintenance issues by chatting in WhatsApp, with no separate app to install. Each role only sees the knowledge and actions that apply to it, and a daily summary of activity is sent automatically.

• Built and launched a Claude-powered WhatsApp assistant end-to-end, now in production, so reception, housekeeping and maintenance staff manage rooms and maintenance issues straight from WhatsApp.
• Designed role-based knowledge and permissions so each team only reaches its own data and actions.
• Built idempotent Twilio webhooks so repeated message deliveries never trigger duplicate actions.
• Implemented Claude tool use for room and issue actions, and prompt caching for the assistant’s knowledge base.
• Added a health-check cron and an automated daily summary workflow.

An automated review-reply service for local businesses that can’t keep up with answering their Google reviews. It picks up new reviews on each Google Business Profile, writes a reply in the reviewer’s own language, and posts positive replies automatically. Replies to critical reviews are held as drafts and emailed to the owner for approval. The service runs in production for 5 business locations.

• Built and launched the review-reply service end-to-end. It now answers new Google reviews for 5 business locations automatically, in each reviewer’s language.
• Designed the approval flow: 4–5★ replies post automatically, and 1–3★ replies wait as drafts for the owner to approve by email (Resend).
• Got Google’s approval for Business Profile API access and connected it to the Claude API for writing replies.
• Built the backend on Next.js and Supabase.

A multilingual website that presents a hotel and its restaurant to international guests in 5 languages.

• Rebuilt the hotel’s old WordPress site as a 5-language Next.js site and moved DNS to Vercel without interrupting the hotel’s email (Zoho).
• Fixed Search Console issues, including canonical tags and redirects for old URLs, to keep search visibility after the migration.
• Maintain hosting, content, and technical SEO under a monthly contract.

A multi-tenant ticketing platform for an international open-air cinema brand that sells tickets through many local operators. A central admin manages events and operators. Each client gets its own subdomain storefront with online ticket sales and Stripe checkout.

• Built the multi-tenant ticketing platform in Laravel and Vue.js, with a central admin and a subdomain per client, so the brand runs every client’s ticket sales from one codebase.
• Implemented multi-tenant authorization to keep each client’s data separate and integrated Stripe payments.
• Split the stack into Docker containers (app, database, Redis, file storage) so development matches production. Set up CI on GitHub Actions.
