After almost three years of growing the agency, Chris could delegate almost all work to their incredible team and focus on where he felt at home - building products. The agency is now an additional source of income that's running on autopilot.

• Founded and grew the company to 20 team members with no funding;
• Created and improved internal team processes (leadership, career path, knowledge base, culture, recruitment);
• Managed a team of up to 8 in-house developers (retained all hires except one that was a mishap. The happiness index was at around 4.3/5 last time Chris checked);
• Worked within projects as a team lead, consultant, and developer for multiple clients.

• Responsible for supporting another lead and then later taking over the leadership of the project and managing 2-4 other engineers;
• Implemented critical features in the kiosk app, as well as key parts of the product back-end;
• Prepared technical specifications and implementation details for other engineers to follow;
• Created an in-depth documentation of the installation processes for the on-site kiosk installations;
• Worked with lower-level APIs for hardware devices connected to the kiosk.

This platform allows community managers to turn Discord into a measured source of revenue.

• Joined as a Lead Product Engineer (Full Stack) to work directly with the founder on an existing Web3 offering, as well as validate and develop a new product for the Web2 market;
• Was solely responsible for product delivery, managing a team of 1-3 developers throughout the duration of the project;
• Reported directly to the founder and prepared reports relevant to investors;
• Validated ideas, gathered feedback from clients, iterated on the product offering;
• Implemented a robust ETL pipeline with Meltano;
• Worked with development teams from partner companies to advise on implementing custom integrations with Bind;
• Recruited new engineers for the team (in total, performed 50+ extensive technical interviews).

This is a fast-growing online magazine focused on cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.

• Was involved in the project from an ideation phase;

This is a talent marketplace and a job board for Quality Assurance Specialists.

• Prepared database schemas for developers to implement;
• Configured a back-end architecture adjusted to the business case;
• Implemented core parts of the back-end and front-end;
• Organized a team of developers;
• Verified design hand-offs and communicated the requirements to the design team.

This is a circular economy marketplace for used clothes. Initially, they were focusing on providing people with a platform like Vinted. Still, after failing to find a good market fit, they've pivoted to build a centralized marketplace for second-hand clothes with online and offline channels.

• Worked as a lead developer on the mobile app for end users;
• Quickly implemented new features to find the market fit and test out various opportunities;
• Fixed existing issues;
• Monitored app performance live (the app was, at the time, one of the most popular apps in Poland for a while);
• Onboarded new developers to the project and maintained processes and documentation.

This company shipped the updated glucose and ketone hardware tracker and needed a new cross-platform SDK, as well as an iOS and Android app for end users.

• Worked as a lead dev with one Mid-level developer in the team;
• Implemented a stand-alone SDK for React Native that connected to the device via Bluetooth;
• Handed off the SDK with complete documentation and full test coverage;
• Integrated the SDK with the mobile app (the app was dated and poorly maintained - the client needed quick wins to resolve major customer issues);
• Successfully delivered the SDK and app fixes.

This was a social app for online shoppers, allowing you to post your recent purchases and share them with the community. It had an Instagram-like infinite feed, comments, profiles, and more. The client didn't find a good PMF, unfortunately, so they closed down a few months after Chris left the project.

• Worked with a team to implement new app features and fix existing bugs;
• Implemented various interactive and visually-rich modules;
• Optimized the animations to work well on older devices.

This app provides market insights for companies via a community of flexible workers.

• Worked with another developer to ship an MVP, the mobile application for flexible workers;
• Improved app post-MVP with a re-design and adjusted the app based on user research;
• Maintained stability of the application post-launch.
