An AI-powered voice and messaging platform that healthcare organizations use to modernize and scale patient communication. Christoph founded the company and led engineering: setting the roadmap, owning the architecture, and running a fast, continuous release cadence, shipping to production in HIPAA-aligned environments that integrate with EHRs and scheduling tools. Beyond the code Christops ran the company itself, directing a small contractor team across non-engineering functions and owning billing (Stripe subscriptions and invoicing), compliance, and customer onboarding end to end. The platform combined real-time voice AI, SMS automation, and workflow orchestration on a custom Node.js, WebSockets, Laravel, and LangGraph architecture, with specialized logic for interruption handling and turn detection. It handled tens of thousands of calls, and every patient interaction was captured, structured, and actionable, which raised answer rates and cut administrative work for clinics.

An AI-powered partnership platform that helps startups accelerate and scale their AWS ecosystem growth. As Lead AI Engineer Christoph built the platform from the ground up, working day to day with the CEO and CTO. He owned the architecture and the technical decision-making across the whole stack.

• Owned architecture and technical decisions end to end: stack, infrastructure, and agent design, scoping and sequencing the work against founder priorities.

A German software agency Christoph founded and ran for 13 years, staying hands-on as principal engineer throughout. Christoph also designed and built the platform's prepaid wallet system, which held customer balances and drew them down against purchases, so the work carried real transactional and financial-integrity requirements. The role combined hands-on development with the management side of a small product company: planning, prioritization, code review, and hiring decisions.
