It's an AI voice and messaging platform for healthcare organizations. It answers and automates high-volume patient phone traffic in HIPAA-compliant environments, integrating with EHRs and scheduling tools, and turns every conversation into structured, actionable data. I designed and built the entire system solo.

• Built the platform end-to-end: real-time voice AI, SMS automation, and workflow orchestration; 50,000+ calls handled, 300+ supported integrations.
• Engineered custom voice-AI logic for interruption management, turn detection, and dynamic conversational flow (architecture independently reviewed and confirmed as custom, not a wrapper).
• Built and ran the SaaS billing stack on Stripe: plans, subscriptions, invoicing.
• Published peer-reviewed research on turn detection for voice AI (ICDSA 2026); the product won a Silver Globee (AI Entrepreneur of the Year 2025) and a Silver TITAN Award.

It's an AI-powered partnership platform that helps startups grow inside the AWS partner ecosystem. It turns complex partner requirements into a guided roadmap, with AI agents handling data collection, assessment, and workflow execution behind the scenes.

• Architected a multi-agent system on LangChain and LangGraph running on AWS Bedrock for data collection, assessment, analysis, and workflow execution.
• Built user-facing AI chat interfaces on a Node.js back-end with a React front-end, deployed on scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Built a production real-time collaborative document editor (markdown-based, custom components, inline comments) where AI agents and humans edit together, with custom merge logic for concurrency.
• Replaced manual, fragmented partnership processes with one AI-driven system, improving coordination and execution speed.

It's a high-traffic e-commerce platform for custom vinyl lettering, serving customers nationwide with online design-and-ordering tools backed by a production facility.

• Built the client-side Advanced Designer, a fully featured browser-based editor customers use to design custom vinyl products.
• Developed the Laravel customer portal that consolidated prior workflows and now serves 10,000+ users.
• Led a major checkout refactor on live payment infrastructure, and migrated payment processing to Braintree with live customers on a store doing hundreds of orders per day.
• Maintained reliability and transactional integrity across revenue-generating systems in continuous production.

It's a new generation of online boating portals.

• Created and launched a SaaS marketplace and broker platform.
• Conceived and built a modern boat marketplace with listings, broker CRM, real-time functionality, payments, automatic message translation, Docker and Kubernetes deployment, and Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Helped boat brokers target a younger audience, grow their business, and enhance digital processes through the platform.
