• Implemented a module focused on the efficient processing and communication of court dossier documents, directly influenced by the results of litigation and specific process phases;
• Optimized the litigation process, delineating responsibilities among various role-specific entities and automating document processing in court according to each entity's specific phase and constraints.

The first project involves a US tech company addressing challenges with onboarding new vendors and finding efficient shipment routes for equipment and services in South America. The second project focuses on collecting real estate debt and court trials across 20+ EU countries.

• Carried out screens to improve logistics for vendors and third-party teams, offering real-time updates, optimal shipment scheduling, and detailed insights into the delivery lifecycle;
• Introduced an automated system for efficiently processing server-stored documents, including shipment data, records, and inventory details, enhancing accuracy and operational speed;
