• Migrated the application from client-side rendering to server-side rendering using React Router v7, improving Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) by 3 seconds, satisfying the “Built For Shopify” performance requirements;
• Built complex, scalable user interfaces using Shopify’s Polaris design system, ensuring consistency across admin and merchant-facing workflows;
• Implemented event-driven, serverless workflows using Node.js and Inngest to handle asynchronous processes reliably at scale;
• Developed Shopify theme, checkout, and admin extensions, and implemented end-to-end testing with Playwright to ensure production stability;
• Developed an internal AI task manager with file-system harness, runner executing Claude code, and UI dashboard for adding tasks and asking questions against target repositories.

• Developed a clinical trials carbon footprint calculator in collaboration with the NHS using React, TypeScript, and Vite;
• Implemented state management with Zustand (multi-step form data persisted in local storage);
• Used TanStack for queries and routing, React Hook Form for form handling, and Zod for schema and input validation;

• Built a full stack ecommerce analytics application from scratch with Next.js + TypeScript, Tailwind, Laravel and PostgreSQL, and published to the Shopify app store;
• Leveraged Chart.js and HTML Canvas, populated with data from the Laravel API;
• Developed signup and login functionality using Shopify OAuth or username and password;
• Collaborated with a data engineer from Amazon to design and set up a multi-tenant database per shop, incorporating triggers and complex multi-step SQL queries with joins, window functions, and temp tables;
• Scheduled Laravel background jobs and subscribed to Shopify webhooks to keep each shop’s data up-to-date and accurate via Shopify’s REST and GraphQL APIs.
