An IoT monitoring platform for agricultural hardware devices that collect environmental data such as temperature and pressure. The system ingests telemetry from connected devices via a third-party cloud platform using REST APIs, validates incoming readings against configurable thresholds, and triggers alerts and notifications when anomalies are detected. A serverless backend using Azure Functions handles background data synchronization and notification delivery. The platform also provides an administrative interface for monitoring device status, reviewing alerts, and managing configuration updates that are pushed back to field-deployed hardware.

• Led full-stack development as a Tech Lead within a small engineering team, driving architecture and delivery;
• Integrated with the Arduino Cloud REST API to ingest real-time telemetry data from deployed hardware devices;
• Implemented threshold-based validation logic to detect anomalies and trigger automated alerts and push notifications;
• Designed and built bidirectional device configuration management, enabling remote updates to hardware via the cloud provider;

Course delivery platform serving hundreds of thousands of users across 100+ countries. Launched in 2022 and continuously extended with new features and integrations. The platform hosts structured learning paths, certification tracking, and SCORM-format course delivery. Administrators manage course content, attendee records, and certification issuance through a dedicated admin application.

Cross-platform mobile application delivering the official laws of rugby to players, coaches, and referees worldwide. The app supports offline access, syncing content automatically when a connection is available, and includes video content from a third-party media platform. Published on both iOS and Android.

• Developed the cross-platform mobile application using Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android delivery;
• Implemented a content refresh mechanism integrating with the governing body's web platform, keeping in-app content current without requiring a new app release;
• Built offline-first functionality allowing full access to content without an internet connection, with background sync on reconnection;
• Integrated video content delivery via Brightcove API;

Custom connector development for a cloud-based BI platform used by a global sports organization. The connectors aggregate data from multiple internal systems and third-party enterprise platforms, including SAP and Flexx, via REST APIs, feeding centralized dashboards and reporting workflows.

• Designed and developed custom Domo connectors integrating data from multiple REST API sources, including SAP and Flexx;
• Delivered the full integration end-to-end as the sole developer and technical lead;
• Built robust data transformation and normalization layers to ensure consistent ingestion into the BI platform;
• Implemented error handling, retry mechanisms, and logging to improve the reliability and observability of data pipelines.

A digital diagnostics platform used by a national-level investment and development organization to assess and support companies seeking growth and investment opportunities. The system enables administrators to create and manage versioned questionnaires with flexible question types, allowing multiple stakeholders within the same company to collaboratively complete assessments. The platform aggregates responses to generate detailed PDF reports with insights, scoring, and improvement recommendations. It also tracks company progress over time through questionnaire versioning, enabling year-over-year performance comparisons and long-term development monitoring.

• Built a dynamic questionnaire engine supporting free text, single-select, and multi-select question types with versioning support;
• Implemented automated PDF report generation using QuestPDF, producing company-level aggregated results with benchmarks and reading references;
• Developed Power BI embedded reports giving administrators visibility into cross-company questionnaire results and trends;
• Architected and deployed the solution on Microsoft Azure.

Claims processing and management platform for one of Brazil's largest insurance companies, serving millions of policyholders. The platform handled end-to-end claims workflows, automated validation, fraud risk scoring, and reporting. Later extended to support a major strategic rebrand affecting the full customer-facing product suite.
