Implementing Auth0, Segment, and Sendgrid platforms in an environment with Django Rest Framework as the Back-end and React as Front-end.

Over an advanced communications network, the company offers a full range of state-of-the-art residential and business services, including Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice.

• Created microservices using Spring Boot;
• Implemented integration with Salesforce APIs;
• Made integration with Apache Kafka.

This company provides support worldwide for clients that need help for:

• Development of new features using supported technologies (Siebel, Oracle, Java, Python, etc).
• Supporting production workloads and servers (Python for analyzing logs, Linux, Unix, AIX, Windows, etc.)

• Attended to more than 10 clients around the world, being a Technical Account Leader for 4 of them;
• Implemented solutions for reading and interpreting Logs using Python;
• Helped implement Java solutions for connecting and integrating with Siebel, and Oracle.

This is a global network of patient-focused communities, providing direct access to qualified patients across various therapeutic areas.

• Helped to move from monolith to microservices structure using AWS Lambda;
• Created the new Front-end using Typescript and React;
• Built React component library using Storybook;
• Integrated with Twilio API, AWS SNS, AWS SQS, DynamoDB, etc;
• Worked as a Full-stack developer using Node.js on the Back-end and React+Redux on the Front-end;
• Implemented microservices structure using AWS Lambda;
• Used AWS SQS as queues for sending client emails (AWS SES) and SMS;

• There was a specific part of the project, where dynamic content was supposed to be shown in a SEO-friendly page. For that specific part we decided to go with the Next.JS framework because of its SSR capabilities. NextJS was a backend layer connected to our API.

This is a private enterprise platform like VMWare, which provides a set of tools to create virtual machines.

• Founded a company based on a product for allowing Nutanix users to create a Multitenancy environment allowing them to sell their cluster capacity using VMs;
• Built a project based on the need of a Trinidad y Tobago client and also sold it to clients in the US;
• Built the entire MVP, hired a new developer, and led them to create new features;
• Coded the MVP using Laravel + React;
• Integrated with Nutanix APIs.

This is a tool for managing social networks, specifically in the hospitality market.

• Implemented the Back-end using Django Rest Framework;
• Implemented Authentication using Simple JWT;
• Helped on the Front-end team using React + Redux;
• Handled Social network APIs with specific libraries for each Social network plus Requests library for doing some scrap;
• Integrated code with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (Instagram using non-official API via browser automation with Selenium).

This is a Process Management tool based on Kanban boards that empowers world-class managers to create and run efficient workflows.

• Wrote code using Ruby on Rails on the back end and React + Redux on the front end;
• Implemented the very first microservice for the tool using Elixir (Phoenix Framework) and connected it to React Front-end. Using JWT token as authentication.

Working with this company, Douglas has participated in many projects with clients like Roche, Sanofi Aventis, Serasa Experian, Telefonica, etc. He obtained experience with a large number of technologies like Siebel, Java, Python, Spring, Oracle, Salesforce, and more.

• Worked as Solutions Architect in a project replacing Siebel with Salesforce;
• Integrated CRM solutions with eCommerce using Java and Spring Framework;
• Used Python to create and maintain a configuration analysis tool that helped compare Siebel environments.

Helped implement a system with Siebel for TIM’s post-paid mobile phone service. Managed a team of five other Siebel consultants to assist in the project. Designed solutions for the company’s database.

• Designed Siebel solution for the client;
• Implemented Java integration to integrate Siebel with Legacy systems;
• Lead a team with 7 developers.

The project was a collection tool for hobbyists collecting Movies (DVD/Blurays, etc.), Comics, etc.

• Developed the UI using Angular.js;
• Built back-end using Django + Google App Engine;
• Created a scrapping tool using the Scrappy framework.
