This project involved the development of a fully automated content creation pipeline for a faceless YouTube channel, leveraging n8n as the workflow engine and multiple AI services for content generation. The system was designed to transform a simple topic or keyword into a complete, high-quality video — including script, voiceover, visuals, and final assembly — with minimal manual editing.

The pipeline integrates AI tools for scriptwriting (GPT-4), text-to-speech narration (ElevenLabs), visual generation (through FAL.ai inference APIs), and video editing/composition . Thumbnails and branded assets are also generated automatically to support YouTube SEO and viewer engagement. This solution is scalable, customizable, and designed for consistent, hands-off video production.

• designed the entire automation pipeline using n8n to orchestrate all steps of the video creation workflow.
• integrated OpenAI’s to automatically generate engaging video scripts from simple topics or prompts.
• configured TTS services (e.g. ElevenLabs) to produce high-quality voiceovers tailored to the niche and tone of the channel.
• automated image and video generation using some FAL.ai inference APIs.
• developed thumbnail generation logic using AI-based image tools to create click-optimized thumbnails with minimal input.

The client was an online learning platform that turns any reading assignment into clear, engaging literary insight. Its library of expert‑written study materials—spanning full‑length guides, concise plot overviews, and classroom‑ready teaching resources—covered everything from timeless classics to contemporary bestsellers.

Edson's scope of responsibilities included the following:

• created and shaped the engineering team from scratch (from 0 to 15 engineers);
• helped to shape and oversee the entire Product team;
• established an intermediate leadership layer for the engineering team and created a robust process for career progress;
• actively worked on product development until early 2024;
• progressed into a more strategic position, remaining hands-on with technical skills to mitigate business risks and allow the team to move faster;
• created a mobile app PoC from scratch using Flutter and proved that the team could create a fully-functional app in a couple of months;
• managed an expedition, oversaw the launching of the app in 3 months, and achieved great results so far;
• built the AI foundation for all the AI tools in the site and trained the team in all the most complex aspects of it (LLM integration and best practices, vector databases, RAG, etc).
• established standards and best practices for the engineering team to boost productivity with the use of AI tooling (e.g. Cursor, OpenAI Codex, Builder.io Fusion, Code Rabbit, Claude Code, MCPs) and improve product and design handoff using AI-powered strategies.

This project was an AI‑powered research platform that runs human‑like interviews and adaptive surveys at scale: draft a guide in minutes, share one link, and its conversational AI probed deeper with smart follow‑ups while capturing text or audio responses. Every interaction was auto‑transcribed, clustered, and visualized in dashboards that could be queried in plain English, turning raw feedback into themes, sentiment, and actionable recommendations within hours.

Edson's main responsibilities were the following:

• defined product and technology vision for an AI‑first research platform;
• architected end‑to‑end SaaS infrastructure (LLM services, event‑driven backend, real‑time dashboards);
• implemented CI/CD, trunk‑based development, and automated testing;
