An agentic commerce initiative enabling AI agents ("computer-using agents") to complete online checkout and payment on a user's behalf. The platform spans a React/Next.js merchant testbed, TypeScript SDKs and tooling libraries, Node GraphQL services, and a Java/Spring Boot backend — all integrated with major platform partners for agent-driven payment orchestration and risk signaling.

• Built end-to-end checkout flows enabling AI agents to complete purchases autonomously across front-end apps, TypeScript SDKs, GraphQL services, and a Java/Spring Boot backend.
• Developed a merchant testbed web app from scratch (Next.js/React/TypeScript) — cart, checkout, and payment-button integration with create-order/approval callbacks, server-side price validation, and multi-environment support — used to prototype and validate agent-driven checkout.
• Authored a reusable TypeScript client/tooling library with Playwright-based end-to-end tests that exercise the full agent checkout flow, adopted by other teams as the standard integration and E2E testing foundation.
• Implemented agent-aware payment routing and risk-signal handling across routing and orchestration services, and extended a backend order-lifecycle service to support new partner integration specs.
• Drove test reliability and coverage — built new functional and integration test suites for payment-authorization flows and fixed flaky agentic-checkout tests to ensure CI signal remains trustworthy.

A high-scale quick-service restaurant consumer app with 450K+ annual downloads, serving millions of users across the United States. The app handles the full ordering lifecycle — store discovery, menu browsing, customization, checkout, and loyalty — with deep integrations for authentication, attribution, and A/B testing.

• Led end-to-end delivery of the store discovery flow, redesigning the UX from prototype to production alongside product and design — collapsed a multi-step flow into a single-tap, location-first experience, cutting time-to-order by 50%.
• Architected end-to-end authentication and authorization (AWS Cognito, JWT, RBAC) for a consumer app with 450K+ annual downloads, reducing user drop-off at registration.
• Set up A/B testing infrastructure using Amplitude, establishing the team standard for rapid, data-driven iteration and driving 30% year-over-year growth.
• Mentored mid-level developers on React best practices, code review, and architecture patterns — participated in recruiting and interview loops, raising the team's craft bar and accelerating feature delivery.
• Debugged and fixed a silent deep link failure on iOS caused by an AppsFlyer SDK edge case — used Datadog telemetry to isolate the issue, shipped a workaround same day, then forked the SDK for a permanent fix with regression tests.
