• Led the end-to-end development of the embedsy.io PaaS platform as the Lead Engineer, architecting and building the core product features from scratch;
• Designed and implemented the complete frontend/backend solution using Next.js (App Router + Route Handlers) to deliver a highly interactive and responsive dashboard builder experience;
• Built a sophisticated customer self-service deployment system to automatically provision Azure resources (App Service, SQL Database, Storage Account, Key Vault) & install the portal through Azure DevOps directly into the customer’s own subscription;
• Integrated deep Power BI Embedded capabilities, including report editing, bookmarking, custom views, embeddings, and secure sharing within the customer’s environment;
• Implemented advanced platform features such as user/role-based access control, dynamic menu configuration per user, iframe applications, PDF import/processing, and third-party connectors (Teams, Slack, etc.);
• Optimized the entire solution for production deployment through Azure DevOps pipelines, making it available via the Microsoft Marketplace and a custom one-click deployer;
• Led a small team of developers while continuously implementing new features and performance optimizations.

A secure marketplace for trading sports cards and collectibles that verifies and insures both sides of each transaction, enabling risk-free exchanges without fraud or shipping concerns.

• Contributed to the frontend development using React and later Next.js, implementing new features and enhancing the overall user interface for card browsing, trading, and collection management;
• Led the backend migration from Firebase with serverless functions to a scalable Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture using Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, and Memorystore (Redis);
• Designed and implemented a monorepo monolith with separate main and worker servers, adopting an event-driven architecture with BullMQ for reliable job queuing and background processing;
• Built and improved core marketplace features including secure payments, shipping logistics, trade management, and card catalog functionality;
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and fully automated deployments, enabling faster and more reliable release cycles;
• Implemented bidirectional data pipelines between Cloud SQL and BigQuery, and contributed to building user recommendation models using BigQuery ML;

• Contributed to the development of a modern fintech platform by building intuitive user dashboards featuring real-time financial analytics and interactive data visualizations using React/Next.js/D3.js;
• Developed responsive and high-performance frontend interfaces to deliver seamless user experiences across devices;
• Optimized UI/UX performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and other techniques, resulting in significantly smoother interactions and faster loading times;
