Eray's start-up where he developed 2 SaaS projects within.

After years of working for leading companies in the industry, Eray decided to expand his career by founding his own company to offer SaaS and Micro-SaaS solutions. He was the founder of his first project, and took care of all the issues such as:

• prepared the cloud infrastructure,
• did backend development,
• handled multi-environment DevOps and automation pipelines,
• dealt with marketing, finance, and social media management on my own.

Turkey’s last-mile water and beverages delivery start-up.

• Managed a team of 6 and was responsible for the management, configuration, and monitoring of distributed cloud resources;
• Was responsible for the quality of the work, roadmap planning, assisting the team, and architectural decisions;
• Ran automated tests of their internal/external software in all production and test environments using AWS CodePipeline and GitHub Actions and provided zero-downtime automated deployments.

• Migrated the company's e-commerce web applications, which received thousands of requests per minute, to AWS from an old-fashioned bare-metal server solution;
• Redesigned the application structure, transformed huge monolithic apps into microservices, and served them on highly available Kubernetes clusters;
• Applied continuous delivery with rolling updates to assure zero-downtime deployments to the customers;
• Worked with Prometheus+Grafana stack to monitor the infrastructure 7x24 and used Sentry to error logging;
• Led the development team and reviewed their work to ensure they are following Scrum methodology practices and producing high-quality products;
• Built and monitored CI / CD pipelines for continuous and fully automated testing and deployments.

• Worked on various clients' projects and took responsibilities for different fields like cloud infrastructure design and management to Restful API development;
• Helped world-leader-in-industry client’s DevOps transformation and helped them to adapt themselves to DevOps principles by creating workflows, branching strategies, and automation systems;
• Prepared automated test and deployment pipelines using Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline;
• Participated in different internal communities like Software Engineering Progress Group (SEPG) and People Advocate (aiming to have a better workplace for colleagues).
