A B2B SaaS platform for tourism companies to manage reservations, operations, suppliers, passenger itineraries, reporting, and finances. The platform supports multi-instance customer environments, centralized provisioning and deployments, integrations with external services, and a contextual AI module that recommends operational matches between passenger groups and tours.

• Founded and personally built the customer-facing SaaS platform;
• Designed the multi-instance architecture and secure APIs;
• Built a centralized client-management platform for controlled, versioned updates across customer instances;

A business intelligence platform supporting multiple healthcare products, with capabilities for data querying, dashboards, pivot tables, permissions, auditing, and management of independently deployed BI instances. The platform is designed to support complex reporting workloads while maintaining responsive user experiences and secure access.

• Owned architecture and hands-on delivery across frontend, backend, DevOps, CI/CD, and technical documentation;
• Designed an asynchronous query-processing path using WebSockets, background jobs, and Redis caching to keep BI workloads responsive and reliable;
• Built and evolved dashboards, a custom query builder, pivot tables, advanced permissions, and standalone deployments;
• Designed an audit platform secured with Keycloak and OAuth 2.0;
• Built a centralized dashboard for monitoring multiple BI instances;
• Used Cursor and OpenAI for implementation, refactoring, debugging, and automated tests.

Three production applications delivered through a part-time, outcome-based freelance engagement, covering business management, reporting, and visual editing workflows. The applications included full-stack functionality, containerized deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and integration of a React-based visual editor into an Angular application.

A distributed backend platform in the healthcare domain, processing approximately one million events per day across multiple microservices. The platform supports high-volume event distribution and processing, REST APIs, business workflows, and reliable Kubernetes-based service operations.

• Built Java 17 and Spring Boot services processing approximately one million events per day through a custom queueing system;
• Applied DDD and SOLID principles;

Two software projects serving different domains: a health-insurance chatbot supporting customer interactions, and fintech systems requiring reliable production maintenance. The work also included automated testing and branch-based CI/CD workflows to support more consistent releases.
