Operating in a data-driven environment where forecasted lifetime value (fLTV) calculations are central to all business decisions, Furkan delivered three key technical projects:

• Rewrote and productionised Krystal, the company's time series forecasting library.
• Built Kopilot, a comprehensive A/B testing system for mobile applications.
• Authored the two-year technical roadmap for the data science team.
• Performed AI-powered media library analysis using Gemini - Over 10K scene-by-scene video analysis.

An AI-driven price optimisation and customer retention platform that helps businesses uncover hidden profit potential. As Technical Co-Founder, Furkan was responsible for establishing the complete technical infrastructure, building and scaling the engineering team, and delivering bespoke solutions to C-suite stakeholders globally, including Fortune 500 clients.

Built and scaled three SaaS and three enterprise products from the ground up.

• Utilised unsupervised machine learning algorithms, social network analysis, and time series forecasting methods to provide actionable insights and generate 10x value to clients with multi-billion dollar turnovers in the automotive, medical, food, and building manufacturing sectors.
• Developed all backend and frontend code, as well as CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Deployed the products on Azure and migrated to AWS using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.

Multiple games within the game development company Furkan co-founded.

• Designed user interface and store listings for multiple games;
• Contributed to the architectural game design for a real-time multiplayer word game;
• Optimised backend servers for maximum efficiency.

VisAI is a computer vision specialist company delivering bespoke solutions to enterprise clients. As Co-Founder, Furkan developed a custom face recognition platform for Turkey's largest visual archive and pioneered the adoption of Flutter for computer vision-powered mobile applications during the framework's early days, successfully delivering multiple computer vision-enabled mobile solutions.

• Developed and delivered bespoke computer vision and AI solutions to clients, including Turkey’s largest visual archive.
• Built and trained deep learning models, optimized search performance, and deployed GPU-enabled vector search.
• Published two of the earliest mobile applications with computer vision backend, as an early adopter of the Flutter framework.

A search and rescue project of the Turkish Air Force.

• Designed and implemented the visual tracking system, communication platform, and onboard flight controller of autonomous swarming unmanned aerial vehicles.
• Managed the department's research servers and delivered 'Programming Languages' and 'Introduction to Programming with C' courses.

Turkey's leading telecommunications company, which actively participates in research activities to enhance user and client experiences. As a Machine Learning Researcher, Furkan was responsible for algorithm development, data collection and design, and live testing of an indoor localisation algorithm based on GSM RSSI technology.
