An AI tool that summarises YouTube channels and lets users ask natural-language questions about their videos. It pulls video transcripts, indexes them for semantic search, and generates grounded answers using Anthropic and OpenAI models.

• Design and build a retrieval-augmented generation pipeline for Q&A and summarisation over channel content.
• Implemented chapter-aware chunking to keep retrieved context aligned with video structure.
• Store and query embeddings in PostgreSQL with pgvector.

A platform that uses AI agents to autonomously discover events across the web and aggregate them in one place. For organisers, it auto-generates event descriptions, summaries, and cover images.

• Build the full-stack platform (Node.js, TypeScript, React) end to end, from the scraping agents to the UI.
• Designed an abstraction layer that swaps AI models and providers per task and tracks per-model costs.
• Measured that ~80% of LLM spend came from re-analysing unchanged pages. Cut it by hashing page content to skip unchanged sources, preferring metadata over full scraping, and routing tasks to cheaper models where possible.
