A mortgage and home-buying platform for people in Germany, plus a native iOS and Android app for finding, comparing and saving properties. The app brings map-based discovery, detailed search filters, affordability signals, fair-price estimates, saved properties and live updates into one bilingual experience.

• Led a team of three to build and ship a native iOS and Android property-search app from one TypeScript codebase with Capacitor, taking it from inception to launch on the App Store and Google Play.
• Redesigned the property search into a responsive card view with optimized map integration, lifting retention and appointment scheduling by 20%.
• Led the migration from Nuxt 2 SSR and Vuex to Nuxt 3, TypeScript and Pinia, improving maintainability and unblocking faster delivery.
• Integrated MapLibre maps, real-time property alerts with Pusher, product analytics with Amplitude and error monitoring with Sentry, with full i18n in two languages.
• Set up the native release pipelines for both the App Store and Google Play.

A creative events business running guided painting events every day in 60+ cities across Germany and Austria, with more than a million participants to date. Customers book events through a web booking site, and 30K+ hosts use a separate platform to run their events.

• Led a team of four on the global design system, building reusable, accessible components and shared UI patterns adopted across the customer booking site and the host platform.
• Set up unit testing for a legacy codebase that had none, raising coverage from 0 to 56% in the first three months.
• Migrated the apps from Vue 2 and Nuxt 2 to Vue 3 and Nuxt 3, replacing Vuex with Pinia and Jest with Vitest, which cut load times and made the platforms more reliable.
• Owned the frontend of the customer booking site and the platform 30K+ hosts use to run their events, delivering across several product surfaces with design and product.

A headless CMS that lets developers and marketing teams create, manage and publish content across websites, apps and other channels. Its Visual Editor gives non-technical users live-preview page editing, while APIs let developers deliver content to any frontend.

• Built full-stack features for the Visual Editor, the product's core editing experience, with Vue 3 and TypeScript on the frontend and Ruby on Rails on the backend.
• Helped scale the application's migration from Vue 2 to Vue 3, adapting Visual Editor functionality to the new frontend architecture.
• Turned product requirements and design feedback into shipped editor improvements through several rounds of iteration with design.
• Investigated, triaged by severity and resolved production bugs with the SRE team in biweekly sessions, improving the editor's reliability.

A data-compliance platform that helps businesses meet their data-protection and privacy obligations while keeping their data secure.

• Led a three-person team that delivered the platform's final MVP features and took it to a stable, launch-ready release.
• Built features across a React and Redux frontend and a Ruby on Rails backend, with Auth0 for authentication.
• Stayed on the project through its acquisition by Privitar; the product is now part of Salesforce through Informatica.
