In an effort to gain adoption across other regions, we decided to build integrations to support this goal (Xero Payroll, Google Cloud, Atlassian). For example, one way we aimed to increase adoption was by enabling businesses to integrate the product into their payroll systems.

This project focuses on unifying the integration activation flow across various integrations, ensuring a consistent and intuitive experience.

This project aims to enhance an HR tool by developing a detailed IT admin persona, facilitating seamless integration with various tools while minimizing reliance on IT resources. It focuses on identifying and addressing the specific needs of IT admins in small and medium-sized companies, ensuring our HR tool is easy to set up, maintain, and scale effectively.

As the gig economy gained momentum and businesses increasingly sought flexible and specialized talent, a significant opportunity emerged to tap into this growing market. To address the demand for curated expert technical talent without the need for full-time engagement, a managed on-demand services platform was developed. This platform connects companies with curated expert technical talent, offering a supervised and quality-assured service model. By providing this service, the platform bridges the gap between businesses in need of specialized skills and professionals who can offer those skills on a project basis.

• Developed a responsive interface for both mobile and desktop experiences;
• Collaborated with the Beijing team to create marketing materials and graphic design assets for the product;
• Conducted research to understand clients' needs;
• Performed market surveys and competitor analysis to understand the domain;
• Localized the experience for different markets, specifically the US and German markets;
• Created a design system library aligned with the existing global design system (Cobra).

This project aims to revolutionize the integration activation experience by addressing the challenges HR Managers face during the activation of both first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) integrations. By providing user-friendly and efficient workflows, the project simplifies the activation process, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive experience. Since its successful launch in June 2023, the project has achieved substantial improvements, including a 31.87% increase in the success rate of integration activations and a significant reduction in activation time, now averaging just 4 minutes and 42 seconds.

The marketplace is the central hub for paying customers to browse, discover, and connect with both first-party and third-party integrations developed by partners. This platform empowers HR managers, IT administrators, customer developers, and partner developers by providing seamless integration of software tools across critical HR workflows. Delivering an exceptional user experience (UX) on the Marketplace advances the company’s key objectives, including the promotion of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and solidifying its position as a leader in this emerging market category.

It is a platform for personal loans. It enables borrowers to access loans from multiple institutional or individual investors. It connects borrowers with investors on the basis of credit assessments. It provides an app-based platform that is available on iOS & Android devices.

The company developed a user-friendly doctor-on-demand app that connects patients directly with licensed doctors for consultations, treatment recommendations, tests, and diagnoses. The platform aims to streamline access to medical care, allowing patients to book appointments effortlessly. The project focused on creating a new version, which features an improved UI for better usability. This redesign led to a remarkable 45% increase in new customer signups compared to the initial 11,000 subscribers. Additionally, the decrease in customer support calls reflects improved app reliability and user satisfaction.
