This multi-year and large project led to the creation (from scratch) and consolidation of a platform and toolset that allows customers to manage real-estate portfolios end-to-end. This includes management of bookings and tasks associated with bookings (like delivery of linen, cleaning flats, handing keys to guests, or resetting a "keynest"), pricing settings, workflow automation, and distribution of inventory across multiple different booking channels - Airbnb and booking.com amongst many others.

• Introduced TDD and XP to the team and implemented a TDD approach to development, using RSpec, jasmine, and karma for unit, integration, and e2e tests;
• created 3 Angular/Ionic apps for different target audiences (consumers, agents, corporate clients);
• integrated with multiple 3rd party APIs and later led different teams who developed new integrations and maintained them;
• designed a managed public developer API and led the team implementing it;
