• Designed and built a 24/7 email ingestion pipeline using Gmail API with service account Domain-Wide Delegation, eliminating manual mailbox monitoring entirely;
• Engineered LLM-powered data extraction with AWS Bedrock (Claude 3.5 Haiku) to parse unstructured incident alerts and normalize team names for improved searchability;
• Built a multi-language localization engine generating customer-facing resolution messages simultaneously in 6 languages (PT, RO, EL, SR, PL, EN) with automatic timezone conversion (UTC → BRT, EET, CET);
• Designed the Zendesk Custom Objects schema and integrated the full pipeline via REST API, creating a deduplicated, searchable incident library across 6 market instances;
• Developed a JavaScript sidebar app inside the support platform with incident filtering by date, sport, and match name, one-click message insertion into open tickets, and automatic conversation tagging on each search action to track adoption and measure real-world usage;
• Reduced Level-1-to-Trading team escalations for voided-market queries by enabling agents to self-serve incident data without switching tools.

An automation suite for an Account Protection & Recovery team operating across 5 markets. It automatically creates Jira tickets from Slack workflow submissions, syncs thread replies bidirectionally between Slack and Jira in real time, and posts Jira status changes and assignments back into the originating Slack thread for about 8,000 tickets per month across Romania, Poland, Belgium, Serbia, and Greece.

• Designed and built 3 interconnected n8n workflows integrating the Slack Events API and Jira REST API end to end;
• Implemented automated Jira ticket creation from Slack workflow submissions, populating 6+ custom fields (player ID, country, VIP status, label, Zendesk ticket, Slack thread URL);
• Built bidirectional comment sync between Slack threads and Jira, including loop prevention, bot message filtering, and @mention resolution;
• Developed real-time status and assignee change notifications from Jira back to Slack threads;
• Implemented emoji-triggered ticket retry mechanism for failed creations without requiring agents to resubmit forms;
• Built AFC/OPS label auto-assignment logic based on request type across all 5 markets;

An automation platform for a B2B specialty coffee sales consultancy operating across European and Australian markets. It replaced manual lead-generation and sales workflows with AI-driven automations that ran daily at scale, helping the team qualify prospects and process orders faster.

• Built an automated lead-generation pipeline in n8n that scraped Google Maps for specialty coffee businesses across European cities, searched Instagram profiles via Google Search API, and used an AI agent to classify each business as a coffee roaster, multi-roaster, or specialty café — delivering 150+ qualified leads per day at 80% classification accuracy;
• Designed the scraping architecture with Apify, including batch processing, rate limiting, and deduplication logic to ensure pipeline stability across 200 businesses processed daily;
• Developed an order-processing automation triggered by a sales team web form; used GPT-4 to parse natural-language order messages into structured JSON, auto-generated a formatted Google Sheets order file per client, and synced inventory data — reducing order processing time from 30 minutes to under 1 minute;

• Built the entire platform from scratch using Lovable and Supabase, delivering a production-ready internal tool used daily by 8 users across sales, management, and operations;
• Developed a multi-timezone meeting scheduler with Google Calendar sync, real-time availability display, and automatic detection of overlapping business hours across time zones;
