A unified IoT platform that connects EV chargers, power-bank stations, parking lockers, and video-surveillance devices within a single, scalable ecosystem. It supports thousands of MQTT-based connections, offers cross-border payments for Romania, Moldova, and the EU, and includes an exclusive integration with Moldova’s top rideshare service. The system runs on a modern tech stack (Node.js, TypeScript, Vue.js, Laravel, Python, MQTT, Docker, RabbitMQ, MySQL) with infrastructure powered by Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, and multiple regional payment APIs.

• Designed the overall project architecture, database structure, and deployment workflows, including automated MQTT server provisioning with Ansible;
• Developed core backend systems: a Node.js service managing a fleet of IoT devices and a Laravel API handling all business logic, enhanced with Google Protobuf RPC;
• Built the entire frontend using Vue.js & TypeScript, including reusable components from Figma designs, a custom MultiversX SDK wrapper plugin, Google Maps integrations, and Binance Smart Chain features;
• Implemented and tested smart contracts in Rust (MultiversX) and Solidity (BSC);
