The platform connects clients with specialists through hosted expert calls and turns those calls into searchable research assets, backed by internal tools for research, data gathering, and sales operations. It also includes a visual company knowledge map that analysts use to explore relationships between companies.

• Replaced a legacy vanilla-JS scheduling system used by account managers that suffered from memory leaks and custom-templating issues: ran vendor proofs of concept, moved templating to a third-party customer messaging platform, and isolated the problematic core into a serverless AWS Lambda function.
• Designed and built Zoom and Twilio integrations for hosting client and specialist calls, including asset processing, internal tools, and dashboards in event-driven systems.
• Designed and delivered an end-to-end quality suite for internal asset creation, used across multiple product teams.
• Led the modernization of legacy systems, reducing technical debt and migrating critical services to a centralized data management platform.
• Built parts of a set of interconnected apps that form a visual company knowledge map for analysts.
• Contributed to microservices across the stack and provisioned infrastructure with Terraform.

A Web3 adult entertainment platform where users pay for and interact with content using blockchain tokens on BNB Chain and Ethereum. The platform was rebuilt across the front end and back end to replace an original stack that had become fragmented and hard to scale.

• Re-architected the back end from a fragmented REST/Python/Cassandra stack into a unified GraphQL/TypeScript platform on MongoDB and Neo4j.
• Rebuilt the front end from React/Redux to Next.js and MobX, reducing bundle size and improving page load times.
• Integrated smart contract interactions that connect the React client to on-chain token operations.

Podcast listeners usually get audio only, with no visual context and no easy way to discover new shows. The platform enriches podcasts with interactive visual content and offers real-time discovery and playback across iOS, Android, and the web, with search across a catalogue of millions of episodes.

• Built an Elasticsearch indexing pipeline that enabled full-catalogue search across millions of podcast episodes.
• Built and maintained the Node.js/GraphQL APIs that power real-time podcast discovery and playback across platforms.
• Turned data-science scripts into a production API and pipeline for podcast transcripts, tokenization, and model training with Python, TensorFlow, and Pandas.

Property investors and mortgage brokers need fast ways to compare specialist loan products and submit deals. The platform offers investor-facing web apps and broker tools for buy-to-let, bridging, and development finance, covering product matching, loan calculations, and end-to-end deal tracking.

• Built the broker portal that let business partners submit and track deals end-to-end.
• Built a product picker that helped mortgage brokers match clients to suitable loan products.
• Delivered React/Redux loan calculators for buy-to-let, bridging, and development finance, including responsive mobile versions.
• Integrated the platform’s APIs with third-party services through Node.js microservices.
