Ivan – QA Automation, Playwright, Cypress

Fintech company that provides solutions related to payment processing and card management.

• Led the QA team. Defined the priorities and responsibilities and providing PDP plans;
• Developed and implemented the test strategy for the project;
• Prepared automation strategy for the in-scope applications;
• Wrote automated tests using Playwright JS;
• Participated in various improvement meetings, contributing to the development of test standards, methodologies, practices, and processes;
• Created test documentation (test plan; checklists; test cases; test reports, coverage matrix);
• Conducted Sprint Demos and delivered progress reports to stakeholders.

A FINMA-licensed crypto bank in Switzerland. Ivan has been working with the core banking system.

• Supported the entire testing life cycle, starting from reviewing requirements, test case creation, test execution, and test reporting, including test data preparation and test environment management;
• Led the remote testing team of 3 QA engineers;
• Identified testing solutions, specifically automated solutions, to reduce software time-to-market and prepared automation strategy for the in-scope applications;
• Collaborated with external vendors, Business and IT owners, Architects, and offshore teams to implement the test strategy.

A search engine. For every five searches, you recover a plastic bottle. The team has released Chrome extension, iOS, and Android apps with more than 100,000 active users. The results of their work was more than 40 million plastic bottles, collected from the ocean.
