Acronis develops on-premises and cloud software with unique integration of backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and endpoint management. Acronis cyber cloud is a SaaS platform running in more than 50 datacenters around the world. Operating such an environment without automation is impossible. Currently, the developer is working in a team that aims to automate as much as possible operations related to the platform.

• created Ansible playbooks and Python modules
• created and improved Jenkins jobs/pipelines which provide GUI to the NOC team to operate the environment
• reduced operational work by 80 %;
• defined SLI/SLO;
• increased the availability of the platform to 99.9 %;

Central Cooperative Bank is one of the biggest banks in Bulgaria. They have decided to migrate from Oracle 12c to Oracle 19c. The developer joined the project by helping database administrators to automate the process.

I: FAO Bulgaria is now a part of Amadeus IT services. The main product is Cytirc Travel & Expense - a platform for business travelers. The developer helped the platform migrate to public cloud AWS.
