An offline-first field operations platform for a car wash chemical services provider, enabling chemical technicians to capture service data on iPads without connectivity and automatically sync it once they are back online. A back-office view transforms field data into actionable insights across the provider’s portfolio of car wash locations.

• Led the frontend team: defined the architecture, engineering standards, and technical roadmap, and turned product vision into shippable milestones;
• Designed and built the offline-first architecture for iPads, enabling uninterrupted data capture and conflict-free sync in low- or no-connectivity environments;
• Kept the app lightweight and responsive while supporting complex offline and sync logic;
• Translated detailed Figma specs into a pixel-perfect, responsive UI for both field (iPad) and back-office use;
• Worked with backend, product, design, and field operations to turn real technician workflows into one unified product.

A unified web suite for an e-commerce marketplace, replacing a legacy platform through a gradual migration to a fullstack monorepo. The new architecture combines frontend and backend into a single codebase to improve release speed, code reuse, and platform stability while keeping the legacy marketplace operational throughout the transition.

• Kept the legacy platform stable during the migration by resolving critical issues and applying performance optimizations;
• Planned and executed the migration of legacy features into the new web suite together with cross-functional teams;
• Built and maintained features in a monorepo combining a Next.js/React frontend and Node.js/Express backend, with shared code quality standards;
• Managed CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and applied security best practices using Azure Front Door;
• Built responsive, high-performance interfaces using Redux and Context API.

The portal integrated with the retailer’s Oracle-based systems through secure data exchange, providing suppliers with streamlined access to core business processes.

• Acted as application architect and designed the end-to-end frontend and backend architecture of the portal;
