A government management platform that integrated sensitive public and private data services into a unified digital ecosystem. The project leveraged AI-powered development tools and automation technologies to accelerate delivery while supporting secure, scalable, and efficient management of complex administrative workflows.

• Enhanced the authentication and authorization service by introducing RBAC and multi-tenant access control;
• Revamped the user experience of existing platform modules, delivering a more intuitive and consistent interface;
• Delivered key features for a React Native mobile application, including iOS permission handling and platform-specific functionality;
• Architected a flexible integration layer based on Hexagonal Architecture, enabling seamless connectivity with external APIs through reusable plugins and adapters.

Developed a print-on-demand e-commerce platform that enabled customers to customize, order, and purchase personalized products. The platform supported product management, order processing, payment workflows, and integrations with fulfillment services, delivering a seamless end-to-end shopping experience.

• Architected and led a 3-year migration from a legacy Ruby on Rails monolith to a high-concurrency micro-services architecture, improving performance, scalability, and long-term development velocity while reducing infrastructure costs;
• Worked across frontend and backend boundaries by contributing to REST micro-services (orders, discounts, profit validation) and designing a GraphQL BFF layer to unify data access for React/Next.js applications, reducing frontend complexity and improving developer efficiency;
• Implemented authentication and authorization using Auth0, leveraging Organizations to enable a scalable multi-tenant “Teams” model with centralized access control;
• Designed and implemented event-driven workflows using Amazon SQS, improving system resilience, decoupling services, and supporting scalable background processing;
• Built and maintained distributed data flows for payments and order processing using MongoDB and Redis, ensuring high availability and consistency across services;

• Developed and maintained backend services for large-scale TV and streaming platforms, and led the modernization from Java 6/Spring 3 to Java 8/Spring 5, improving maintainability and enabling integration with external streaming providers ( e.g., Netflix, Disney+ ) via REST and SOAP APIs;
• Built two MVP products using Java 11 and Spring Boot, including an automated invoice processing system leveraging GCP OCR and a full-text search solution using Elasticsearch, accelerating product validation and reducing manual processing effort;
