Fintech payment platform aimed at helping the creators get paid. It's a global startup co-headquartered in Los Angeles and Stockholm that raised $18M and consists of 100 employees.

• acted as a lead developer for a cross-functional product team;
• introduced scalable state management pattern to the app (BLOC);
• helped structure out automated testing frameworks and tooling;
• shaped out cloud monitoring of web applications;

An internet and technology DAO that develops innovative and decentralized products and services to improve life experience.

Joel mainly contributed to 2 following projects (under NDA):

1. A music streaming and artists booking for events. The main concept was to provide artists with the right content creation tool so that they could stream down and listen to music and keep updated whenever there is the next concert around;
2. Smarthome app

Main responsibilities:

• used Flutter as the main stack for both mobile and web;
• created a full-stack team ready to develop the multiple products mentioned above;
• worked with Google cloud serverless backend;
• acted as a founding Engineer that created the initial stack and architecture for the production studio and its products;
• succeeded with high contributions both front and back end;
• worked on the Altice branding;
• developed the first Tuya Flutter plugin for Android and IOS SDKs;
• white-labeled the app so that it could be marked in multiple markets with its own local branding.

The company provides solutions for various programming and software aspects such as web applications, mobile applications, UI designs, DevOps enablement, and frameworks. Joel has mainly contributed as a Back-End Engineer to aviation and e-commerce solutions.

Aviation company mobile facing APIs:

• worked on AWS stack integration with multiple middle-wares for multiple markets in Europe;
• carried out the migration from monolithic projects to microservices;
• provided partial serverless architecture.

Retail company - a drop-shipping platform for suppliers:

• worked on migration from an outdated PHP stack to a Serverless AWS stack;
• developed a new supplier API;
• designed the new Architecture and continuous migration;
• handled end-to-end parcels of both big and small-volume suppliers;
• scaled the development team since the beginning of the project.
