A B2B SaaS platform designed to extract and structure data from financial documents, including account statements and capital call notices, for institutional investment portfolio management. The platform automated document matching to relevant funds and entities, provided user-driven review and validation workflows, and delivered processed data to clients through a public API. The solution included role-based access controls, data validation mechanisms, event-driven services, and cloud-based infrastructure on AWS.

• Led design of a granular permissions system using a third-party fine-grained authorization tool, with TypeScript microservices on AWS Lambda, keeping it in sync;
• Diagnosed a production latency spike during a live backfill and rolled it back via a feature flag. The root cause was query direction in the authorization model, which I then restructured;
• Found that most "unmatched" documents were exact matches, never backfilled. I designed an automated backfill job plus a manual resolution queue (create, alias, dismiss), resolving ~20,000 documents automatically and building the final 40% solo;
• Developed validation checks on extracted data (balance reconciliation, period-over-period continuity) so users could correct data before delivery;
• Established the foundations of a new API version with Auth0 and AWS API Gateway;
• Standardized security practices across 5 repositories (zero open CVEs reported by GitHub) and created a remediation framework adopted company-wide;
• Identified and fixed 5 error-prone areas ahead of peak traffic, preventing recurring incidents;
• Integrated Claude Code into the daily workflow: repo-specific skills and a CI pull-request reviewer running multiple agents with isolated context, plus spec review and Jira management;
• Deployed Lambda functions, Kafka topics, consumers and queues with Terraform, reviewed by DevOps;
• Built functional prototypes with real data, then refined them with product and UX/UI into production-ready features.

A SaaS platform designed to optimize last-mile delivery operations for logistics companies and drivers. The platform processed incoming orders, generated optimized delivery routes, assigned drivers to designated zones, and tracked order status throughout the delivery process. It included route optimization algorithms, a web-based operations dashboard, and a mobile application for drivers. Originally developed as a standalone product, the platform later became the core solution for customized delivery systems used by large enterprise customers.

• Led development of the platform (PHP/Laravel API, Python optimization algorithms, React/Next.js UI), improving routing efficiency by 30%.
• Built the Next.js server-side-rendered frontend on Vercel against a Laravel API;
• Designed the event flow on Google Pub/Sub: the routing service consumed "ready to ship" order events and published completion events that moved orders to "delivered";
• Interviewed drivers after they overrode suggested routes, then shipped zone assignment so routes are optimized within each driver's known area;
• Led 5 engineers across web and mobile, ran code reviews, coordinated QA, and shipped biweekly;
• Owned product vision and growth strategy with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing, and worked directly with customers, drivers, and logistics experts.

Portal, corporate site, and internal CRM for a real estate agency: property catalog, automatic publishing of listings to external real estate portals, lead capture, and advanced reporting. In production for almost 8 years.

• Built the property catalog and CRM, syncing listings to external portals through their APIs and capturing leads automatically;
• Implemented automatic lead reassignment when agents didn't follow up in time;
• Analyzed the platform's data: 72,497 leads managed, 28,241 reassigned automatically, and 103 of those later closed (~$6.1M);
• Found that leads contacted within 24 hours close almost 6× more often than those waiting 72+ hours;
• Maintained the system in production for almost 8 years.

Web and mobile platform for a security-software vendor's national distributor: multi-level partner ordering, digital license delivery, inventory, and reporting. Four applications supported the client's operation for 8+ years.

• Built 4 applications, including a multi-level web and mobile platform.
• Integrated SAP, payment gateways, a regional vendor platform, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel;
• Replaced printed licenses with digital delivery, eliminating 100% of printing costs;
• Automated operational work through the SAP integration;
