An end-to-end SaaS platform that delivers real-time, hyper-personalized recommendations for eCommerce using advanced AI, embeddings, vector search, and LLMs. The system runs on Python/FastAPI with ChromaDB for vector indexing and includes the full pipeline—from data ingestion to AI-generated content.

The platform connects directly to an online store, analyzes products, customers, and behavior, and builds personalized models automatically. It integrates seamlessly through a clean REST API or ready-made plugins for Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and more.

Once connected, the platform activates its intelligence layer: real-time personalized newsletters, dynamic recommendations, AI-driven content generation, automated cross-selling, SEM optimization, and product-level suggestion engines.

Its tools include segment-aware newsletters, AI content creation, stock optimization, cross-sell engines, and personalized onboarding recommendations. Models rely on embeddings, semantic search, and LLM-based fine-tuning to adapt to various industries, including fashion and home décor, tech, beauty, education, and healthcare.
