An AI-powered document review platform for law firms, enabling attorneys to process large volumes of complex legal documents through a multi-model LLM orchestration layer. Built from zero to MVP in under 2 months.

• Architected and built the full product as the sole engineer — Next.js frontend with a Python + TypeScript backend serving the LLM agent pipeline.
• Integrated multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) into a unified document review harness with routing and context management.
• Delivered a working MVP end-to-end, enabling the team to begin sales outreach within 2 months of project start.

A legal tech platform serving immigration law firms specialising in Spain and Portugal visas, helping them transition from spreadsheet-driven operations to a structured digital workflow. Included a custom case management dashboard and LLM agent automation for document handling.

• Led technical strategy and delivery as the sole engineer, assessing existing manual workflows and designing the replacement technology stack.
• Built a Next.js web dashboard enabling lawyers to manage client cases end-to-end — intake, document collection, case tracking, and client communication.
• Integrated LLM agents to automate document processing and reduce manual data entry across the firm's core workflows.

A consumer healthtech app with BLE-connected wearable integrations, scaled from 0 to 250k+ users and nearly 100k paying subscribers as the company grew from a 5-person team to 30+ FTEs and £10m+ ARR. Part of the founding engineering team with full ownership across the Flutter frontend and TypeScript backend.

• Scaled the Flutter app and TypeScript backend to serve 250k+ users, including subscription billing infrastructure for nearly 100k paying customers.
• Engineered production BLE wearable integrations for real-time biometric data capture at scale — working against actual hardware, not simulators.
• Designed a custom heart-rate charting feature with an InfluxDB time-series backend and an interactive Flutter UI layer, optimised for performance under continuous data streams.
• Built and maintained a crash reporting system from scratch, providing the engineering team with real-time production visibility.
• Drove architecture decisions as the team scaled 6x, influencing every major technical direction from early-stage through profitable growth.

A cashflow financing platform for SMEs, built from scratch for a VC-backed, FCA-regulated fintech. One of two mobile engineers working alongside four backend engineers to deliver the company's core product.

• Built the Flutter mobile app from zero, owning authentication flows, BLoC-based state management, and the full consumer-facing UI architecture.
• Consumed a GraphQL API to integrate with PostgreSQL-backed backend services, handling real-time cashflow data and financial transaction states.
• Implemented Firebase Auth and contributed to push notification systems used across the production app.
