Valifai is an integral system of affiliation that allows registration, geographic reference, and physical and digital credentialing of voters throughout the country of Mexico. This product contains a Dashboard for the administration and control of users and an APP for the users/members of the electoral party. The dashboard was really tricky to build because it has so many features and manages data at once. It has the capability to read and control more than 100k users, with the probability of reaching 1 million in the future. The dashboard contains an SMS system that allows the member of an electoral party to send an individual or massive SMS to the new electoral members of the party.
- Benchmarked components libraries;
- Defined the user flows;
- Created prototypes of the APP;
- Defined the dashboard modules;
- Designed the entire dashboard and all his features;
- Structured the APP using Native Base Library.

The main purpose of the product was to store NFT items and give the possibility to buy them using RDOC tokens. The curious thing was that the product was launched for Beta users using a whitelist and having the same store in production for the rest of the users but using No-NFT products so it was a bit challenging for me, but we managed it well, and it is still working at the moment.
- Redesigned the entire NFT Store;
- Redesigned the whole T-Items Store;
- Implemented a Cromos+Album feature to complement the NFT Store;
- Designed the Collection page to complete the NFTs;
- Created the entire responsiveness screens;
- Implemented all the components of the Design System Library;
- Aligned with the other squad to simplify the handoff.

Grada is a product for a brand new newspaper that was related to only sports in the city of Puebla, Mexico. The company needed to build a dashboard to control its news (creation, moderation, plugins) and also a website to present all the news in a professional and interactive way It is currently the No.1 sports newspaper in Puebla city and has more than 1000 visitors per week to its website and more than 100 downloads per day of the PDF newspaper. The main goal was to have a dashboard that would have the possibility to create content in an interactive way, like videos, images, schedule posts, and a quote section. Also, the dashboard needed to classify the content in different ways (creation process, draft, archived, published) so many moderators can create content inside the dashboard at the same time
- Managed the UX research of the product;
- Benchmarked similar sports newspapers;
- Created prototypes for a dashboard built with Ruby;
- Designed the website screens;
- Created the interaction of the entire process.
