Kamil – AWS, Python, OpenAI

A speech-to-text platform that provides AI-powered transcription, meeting summaries, and collaboration tools. It helped users record, transcribe, and organize conversations in real time, making it ideal for professionals, students, and teams. By integrating AI meeting features with product management tools, it enhanced workflow efficiency, enabling seamless note-taking, task tracking, and information sharing across teams.

Kamil was responsible for the following:

• integrated API with product management tools, reducing manual meeting analysis;
• designed a modular microservices architecture using FastAPI, Docker, and Kubernetes, allowing flexible scaling and seamless integrations;
• developed intelligent automation workflows using AWS Lambda and webhooks;
• developed OAuth-based authentication for secure user access across integrated platforms.

This was project was carried out for a leading vacation rental marketplace that simplified booking accommodations from various providers worldwide. To enhance its reach, an AI-driven marketing automation tool was developed to streamline ad creation, optimizing campaigns and improving engagement. This solution automated the process, ensuring efficient and targeted marketing for maximum visibility.

Among Kamil's contributions, there were the following:

• integrated GPT-powered content generation with prompt chaining, few-shot learning, and fine-tuned marketing copy models;
• worked on integrating various APIs such as Google Ads, Bing, Apple, Criteo, and more;
• created a UI in React for users to interact with LLM-driven features.

The work was focused around an AI-driven brand automation tool designed for companies and individuals to streamline and enhance brand management. The platform automated content creation, marketing materials, and brand consistency across digital channels, enabling efficient and scalable branding solutions.

Kamil carried out the following:

• designed and deployed an AI-driven brand automation tool leveraging LLMs and intelligent content generation;
• implemented Python-based web scraping pipelines using Scrapy, Selenium, and BeautifulSoup;
• integrated cron-based scheduling with AWS EventBridge and CloudWatch Rules.

RAG-based AI search engine for recruitment agencies, integrating an AI-supported web scraper and advanced search & filtering mechanisms for job offers. This solution enhanced candidate sourcing, job analysis, and talent matching by intelligently retrieving and structuring job market data. As a Tech Lead and AI Consultant, the role focused on optimizing AI-driven search capabilities to improve recruitment efficiency and accuracy.

Scope of Kamil's duties included, but was not limited to:

• built a RAG-based AI search engine with FAISS vector indexing and OpenAI embeddings, improving candidate retrieval efficiency;
• designed and implemented scalable, event-driven architectures for AI-powered automation using AWS Lambda and MongoDB;
• ensured compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations;
• optimized vector database queries and embedding similarity search.
