• Architected and developed a visual software development platform integrating backend services, application runtimes, code generation, visual editing, AI-assisted development, and cloud infrastructure.
• Built a platform spanning about 30 repositories and about 20 services, including an 80-package monorepo, with ownership of backend systems, runtimes, developer tooling, and infrastructure.
• Reduced development-server request latency from up to about 8 seconds to about 100–300 ms by caching deployment manifests and resource pointers and deploying servers in a more appropriate region.
• Reduced browser editor memory usage by about 65% by diagnosing and fixing a memory leak under comparable workloads.
• Enabled near-instant module updates and incremental page builds using dependency tracking, a service-worker-based evaluation cache, and Web Workers for background processing.

• Developed the initial form-building platform from technical design to customer-facing release, then transitioned its architecture and infrastructure to an expanded engineering team.
