• Built and maintained the trading UI with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, improving UX across a complex data-heavy interface.

• Built a Node.js and TypeScript scraping and automation system for live vehicle data and insurer pricing, reducing manual consultant work.
• Designed a customer support notification system to improve communication across the customer journey.
• Set up the full production infrastructure on Heroku with PostgreSQL, multiple instances, and load balancing for reliability at scale.
