• Researched and developed a proprietary matchmaking recommendation algorithm;

• Led the migration project to update multiple legacy angularJs projects to react, redux, and typescript with notably improved performance;
• Improved react frontend test coverage from 0% to ~85% using jest;
• Improved performance of micro-frontend applications by introducing chunking, reduced bundle size, virtualization, lazy loading, optimizing re-renders, and using service workers;

The platform enables gamers to effortlessly create and share fantastic gaming moments, even if they don't possess high-powered computer or video editing skills. We achieve this by applying pre-selected configurable effects such as music, meme overlays, and slow motion. This is done by replaying the games in the cloud and extracting the relevant information.

• Revamped the existing codebase, incorporating GraphQL, enhancing faceted searching, implementing frontend caching, and transitioning to a fully serverless architecture;
• Gradually introduced TypeScript and elevated test coverage for the codebase;
• Conducted research and developed the "mobile clips" feature, enabling the transformation of original 16:9 videos/clips into "social media-optimized" 9:16 videos. Adjustments were made for screen texts, watermarks, and HUDs to ensure compatibility;
• Established and monitored analytics using Segment and Mixpanel;
• Created the "remix" feature, allowing users to reapply custom effects to previously generated videos and automatically generate mobile-optimized versions;
• Rewrote and migrated the discord.js bot, which is actively used in over 15,000 servers, to TypeScript and deployed it on AWS Fargate.

It is a platform for developers to offer mentorship and provide on-demand, one-on-one live coding sessions, as well as opportunities for freelance projects. One of the significant projects Ladna worked on involved creating a LinkedIn "clone." This application allows users to browse job listings and generate custom resumes tailored to their user profile, work experience, and the text of the job description.

• Rated 5 stars from 700+ mentoring sessions, code reviews, and freelance projects;
• Developed a web application that used NLP to read job descriptions and generate custom resumes. I built the nodeJs backend, the angular frontend, and parts of the Python NLP service;
• Developed geo-location-based ionic mobile app to create games and get invited to nearby games (NDA);
• Built and developed an e-commerce application with real-time bidding/auctioning;
• Mentored a myriad of people and helped debug and solve complex problems.
