A mission-critical ground-segment orchestration platform for a global satellite operator, used by telecom, maritime and enterprise clients who need uninterrupted, high-bandwidth connectivity. The platform runs real-time network slicing and resource allocation over gRPC microservices, and it had to stay stable under extreme load. Laura built a multi-layer automation and performance framework covering UI, API and gRPC. It simulates 1,000+ RPS stress scenarios and keeps p95 latency under ~1.7 seconds.

Laura audited the existing process, moved the team to an API-first Cypress framework, set up continuous test runs in Azure DevOps, and mentored 6 testers in TDD.
