An adtech platform that helps advertisers measure and optimize campaigns across various channels. It processes large volumes of advertising and app event data to provide attribution, analytics and fraud prevention, helping companies understand which marketing activity drives users and revenue. I was responsible for the infrastructure behind the platform and improving observability, reliability and performance end to end.

• Built and operated both cloud and on-prem kubernetes clusters, improving workload scaling, resource allocation and overall platform reliability.
• Built and maintained CI/CD workflows for containerised services running on Kubernetes, improving deployment reliability and reducing failed releases.
• Led migration from Datadog to an LGTM stack (Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Tempo), significantly reducing cost while expanding observability coverage.
• Led POC and migration from Pub/Sub to NATS JetStream, improving cost efficiency and system control.
• Drive ongoing GCP cost optimization initiatives across GKE, compute and networking, achieving >$100k/month in savings.

The project supported an enterprise fixed-networking environment providing connectivity and networking services to business customers. The environment included a large collection of legacy systems and applications supporting network provisioning, service management, network monitoring and day to day network operations. I worked within a team of network engineers, taking ownership of the underlying systems and applications used to support the network.

• Managed enterprise infrastructure including physical servers, Linux and Windows systems, virtualisation platforms and hosted applications.
• Supported the systems and applications underpinning enterprise fixed-network operations, including network monitoring and service management platforms.
• Investigated and resolved infrastructure and application incidents, working closely with network engineers and external vendors to restore services.
• Led cross-functional initiatives to improve operational processes, automate manual workflows and increase operational efficiency.

The project involved the deployment and launch of next-generation mobile voice services, including Voice over LTE (VoLTE) and Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi).

• Acted as the Mobile Core Technical Lead, coordinating technical delivery across vendors and internal teams.
• Led end-to-end integration and testing activities.
• Drove technical readiness for the national product launch.
• Facilitated technical design workshops.
• Managed the resolution and approval of high- and low-level technical designs.
• Ensured the mobile core infrastructure was fully integrated, tested, and production-ready within tight delivery timelines.

The project focused on improving the processes and internal systems used to sell and manage telecommunications services. The work involved simplifying operational workflows, improving the efficiency of order processing and addressing customer experience issues.
