My goal was to optimize a massive CI/CD environment across 5 Jenkins instances, where I discovered a critical blind spot preventing the tracking of stuck jobs and agents. This issue was causing significant inefficiencies and unnecessary cloud spending.

As the solution, I built a backend data acquisition system using Node.js, NestJS, and SQL Server. This automated the collection and analysis of operational data, giving the data team the insights needed to resolve bottlenecks. The project directly contributed to reducing stuck deployments and achieving a significant decrease in overall cloud costs.
