Hub3 is a full-service digital product agency. The company fuses strategy, design, and code into innovative products, always trying to get disruptive clients.

• Managed to be the leading engineer of one of the company's projects and helped with the development of other projects;
• Had to make important design decisions since the code needed to be flexible and extensible;
• Implemented architecture and design best practices, as well as UI/UX improvements;
• Paired with other engineers to deliver optimal solutions and did and receive code reviews;
• Helped the managers to define the company's core values;
• Assisted managers in improving the leadingAssistedUI/UX of other projects;
• Wrote unit and integration tests for every deployed feature to ensure quality.

Flexge is a B2B company that rebuilds the English learning process around the world. It has a website and an application version. The company's main goal was to enable English learning for 5 thousand students worldwide.

• Created and maintained highly interactive user interfaces for 5k English students around the world using React and React Native;
• Created and maintained APIs and services running on a high-performance and high-availability Node.js server;
• Internationalized both mobile and web apps to support the company's global growth for 10+ countries;
• Improved the performance and ensured a more reliable English assessment test;
• Developed 5 types of fully interactive English lessons that target the 4 English abilities (listening, reading, writing, speaking);
• Paired with other engineers to find optimal solutions to improve performance.

It was the #1 and #2 Brazilian Real State Investment analysis platform. Lucas was the leading engineer on both projects, which were created in Ruby on Rails, Laravel, and JavaScript. Together, both platforms received around 5 million page views per month.

• Created wallets in the platform, which users were able to monitor their investments and make better choices;
• Created investment simulators;
• Created web crawlers to gather data from the Brazilian stock market;
• Improved the design of both apps, which led them to dramatically scale (from 100K page views per month to 5 million);
• Created a news portal and blog, paired with SEO experts to improve app traffic;
• Made design desition in cooperation with a designer;
• Created integration with 3rd part partners to get data from their APIs and send data from our APIs;
• Integrate both apps with payment gateways to enable courses to sell;
• After both apps were launched, the number of Real Estate investors in Brazil grew from 200k to 600k in one year and 1.2 million in two years.
