A subscription-based web service providing users with interactive AI-powered “companions” (chat + image/voice content), meant to simulate personalized asynchronous communication with a “creator.” The system supports dynamic generation of multimedia (text, voice, image) based on user input, semantic search over generated content, and scalable backend handling of user data, content requests and delivery.

• Designed and implemented full QA strategy from scratch: defined test strategy (manual + automated), set quality goals and acceptance criteria for core features;
• Designed and implemented BDD-based test scenarios (Cucumber) for AI user flows, aligning test cases with product and business requirements;
• Used Python-based test utilities to validate AI/LLM responses, including prompt-to-output mapping, semantic relevance, and edge-case handling;
• Automated critical AI scenarios (chat, image, voice generation) with a focus on determinism, error resilience, and fallback logic;
• Collaborated closely with product and backend teams to define acceptance criteria for AI features and asynchronous communication flows;
• Created a bug-report template and workflow in Linear;
• Introduced and maintained test documentation: developed manual test cases, checklists, and test plans in dedicated documentation system via TestMo with the help of Cursor;
• Conducted manual testing across web flows - registration, payment, chat-interaction, content delivery, account management, edge cases, UI/UX, mobile & desktop;
• Monitored and analyzed logs and metrics using log/monitoring systems (e.g. CloudWatch, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Langfuse);
• Verified semantic search / retrieval capabilities via Pinecone;
• Performed regression testing, smoke testing, cross-browser and cross-device compatibility tests; coordinated with developers to triage issues and track fixes through Linear.

Shido is an all-in-one health and wellness solution. With expert-driven guidance powered by innovative technology, it creates a unique wellness program tailored to the lifestyle and health goals of the users, generates a nutrition plan, and provides guidance on healthy lifestyle habits.

• Set up a process of manual and automation testing web and mobile platforms from scratch: web, iOS, and Android;
• Created test documentation and documented more than 350 test cases in Azure Test Plans;
• Tested payments and subscriptions using Stripe and sandbox environment;
• Automated testing of the web application using Testim.io to streamline the workflow and catch errors early;
• Conducted testing of the API in Postman, and tested the consistency of the data storage in the database;
• Tested fitness and activity data coming from third-party services for synchronization and consistency issues;

Multi-carrier shipping Salesforce application that integrates with eCommerce platforms providing features to process shipments, generate package labels, and track packages in real time. The list of carriers (or logistics providers) included DHL, UPS, PostNord, and other local and international names.

• Developed a strategy for testing new carriers;
• Performed API testing of carriers integrations (UPS, DHL, and others);
• Created automation tests in Cypress;
• Tested the Salesforce admin panel interface;
• Tested the StoreFront side admin panel interface;
