• Led a six-month re-architecture of the monolithic Vue frontend into lazy-loaded feature modules, adding multi-language and multi-currency support for the company’s European expansion.
• Designed the component architecture and the shared Pinia state-management patterns the frontend team now uses.

• Co-founded the product as one of three founding engineers and built it end-to-end, from the Nuxt frontend to .NET Core REST APIs.

• Built portfolio management, institutional investor data features, and the import of market data from several sources on the .NET backend.
• Shipped an LLM feature that checks whether company news is relevant to a user’s portfolio.

A dental practice management platform used by about 20% of the Czech dental market. Its users are clinics, patients and dental labs.

• Cut the analytics dashboard’s load time from several minutes to under 10 seconds. After benchmarking vanilla JS, a LINQ-style library, and Lodash, rewrote nested-loop JSON processing into a single pass with key lookups.
• Rewrote the patient booking application end to end and shipped it to production.
• Built the dental imaging module with interactive SVG overlays on X-rays, with zoom, contrast, and filter controls, and used the Douglas–Peucker algorithm to simplify coordinate data for faster rendering.
• Built a B2B ordering system for dental labs and clinics, with multi-cart logic, saved payment methods, and inventory across several warehouses.
• Designed the target frontend architecture and migration path for the main clinical system.
• Ran technical interviews for frontend candidates.

A sports association’s information system and an interactive game and lottery app for an international client.
